By accessing or using OFFY ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
OFFY is a platform connecting real estate agents with prospective buyers through subscription-based access to off-market and pre-market property listings.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Buyer subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of your billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Agents are responsible for ensuring all property information posted is accurate and complies with Australian real estate regulations. Misleading or fraudulent listings will result in account termination.
The Service and its original content (excluding user content) remain the property of OFFY. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
OFFY is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time, and we will process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
